JOIN Fincubator is Jordan’s first-of-its-kind fintech innovation Hub. At JOIN, we offer startups a wide range of services, from access to digital financial infrastructure that enables them to test, validate, and develop their fintech innovations, to opportunities for expertise, partnerships, funding, and entry into new markets.

Our programs are tailored for startups, financial institutions, university students, and investors in Jordan and across the MENA region, enabling them to validate, refine, and develop their Fintech solutions and products, and contribute to building a more inclusive and competitive digital economy in Jordan.

Our Story

JOIN Fincubator was born in Jordan, a country at the heart of the Middle East, small but rich in talent, ambition, and determination. It was founded with a clear purpose: to modernize Jordan’s economy, accelerate digital transformation, and create an environment where financial innovation can thrive.

The path to JOIN Fincubator was paved by the Central Bank of Jordan and its strategic partner, the Jordan Payments and Clearing Company (JoPACC), whose pioneering efforts to digitize financial services have reshaped the way people and businesses in Jordan interact with money. Their vision of a fully digital financial ecosystem laid the foundation for the creation of a dedicated hub to nurturing fintech innovation.

In 2023, JOIN Fincubator launched with a mission: to create a roadmap for Jordan's fintech and financial services ecosystem, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.

In line with this national vision, JOIN Fincubator was inaugurated by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II in June 2023 to serve as Jordan’s first fintech Hub for innovation. It aims to empower startups, entrepreneurs, and innovators to reimagine financial solutions, drive digital transformation, and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable digital economy.

JOIN for Startups & Entrepreneurs

At JOIN Fincubator, we empower fintech startups and entrepreneurs at every stage, from ideas to growth. We provide access to infrastructure, expert mentorship, and finance opportunities to help innovators test, validate, and scale their solutions. Through our digital sandbox, developed in collaboration with the Central Bank of Jordan, startups can safely test their fintech products with real users in a controlled environment.

Our incubation programs also connect participants with investors, strategic partners, and industry leaders, enabling them to turn bold ideas into real-world financial technologies that drive inclusion and digital growth across Jordan and the MENA region.

JOIN for Financial Institutions

We support financial institutions and corporations in strengthening their fintech capabilities through tailored capacity-building programs. Our initiatives focus on equipping employees, particularly junior and mid-level professionals, with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate and lead in the digital finance era.

We also organize hackathons that inspire intrapreneurship, empowering teams to innovate from within and develop new fintech-driven solutions. Additionally, JOIN connects institutions with startups from our ecosystem, fostering partnerships that accelerate innovation and introduce practical solutions to the market.

JOIN for Academics

JOIN Fincubator bridges the gap between academia and the fintech industry by empowering students, researchers, and universities to transform ideas into innovation. We provide access to mentorship, and real-world testing environments for study projects and prototypes.

Through hackathons, internships, and partnerships with universities’ innovation centers, JOIN equips the next generation of fintech talent with practical experience, fostering collaboration between academia and the private sector to shape the future of digital finance.
